Yellow / Green Incased MCM gorgeous Glass Ruffled Handkerchief

This is a beautiful handblown ruffled incased yellow/ green handkerchief vase. Has three levels of colors. Darkest from bottom to light at top. There is a semi- flat side where you can that it’s hand blown. The layers can be seen by lines or hesitations in glass. There is a dot on outside, but looks like a manufactural error.
