Plate With Yellow and Pink Colored Roses. Nice Luster. Made In Germany

Plate with Golden and pink Roses. Plate has two openings on the back of plate that you can put wires through to hang up if you’d like to. Made in Germany. Very nice shine. I was looking at what seems to be a chip on the back of the plate. But when I put my finger on it, the chip is very smooth. So I don’t know if the chip is a defect. Their are also two handles on the plate for serving.
